My approach

Nutrition & well-being, the Mediterranean way

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all diets. I believe in understanding the person in front of me and building, together, a way of eating that nourishes the body and makes room for pleasure.

My vision

Health is not a number on the scale. It is energy in the morning, a calm relationship with food, good sleep and a body that feels strong. Nutrition is one powerful part of that picture, alongside movement, rest, stress and connection with others.

The Mediterranean lifestyle I believe in, is not an unrealistic stereotype, instead it captures this balance better than any trend: real food, eaten slowly, in good company, in step with the seasons. My role is to translate it into your daily life, no matter where you live and how busy your schedule is.

The principles behind my work

1

Food first, not rules first

We focus on what to add to your plate (colour, fibre, good fats) rather than on what to forbid.

2

Personal, never generic

Your plan reflects your health, culture, schedule, budget and the foods you love.

3

Evidence-based

Every recommendation is grounded in current nutrition science, explained simply.

4

Lifestyle as a whole

Sleep, movement, stress and the way you eat are part of the conversation, not an afterthought.

5

Lasting change

Small, steady habits that become yours, so you won’t need me forever.
